1. The company is fully equipped with production and testing equipment
The single crane lifting capacity is 330 tons, equipped with one 30-ton and one 80-ton electric arc furnace, one 120-ton dual-station LF refining furnace, a 20T/h resin sand line, a 10m*10m rotary table shot blasting machine with a load capacity of 300 tons, four CNC high-temperature heat treatment furnaces sized 12m×7m×5m, 8m×4m×3.5m, 8m×4m×3.3m, and 13m×8m×5m respectively, and an electric arc furnace dust removal device with a filtering area of 30,000 square meters. The independent testing center is equipped with a chemical laboratory, direct reading spectrometer, impact tester, tensile testing machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, Leeb hardness tester, metallographic microscope, and more.

The company has been striving in the casting industry for 40 years and now owns a developed technology R&D center and an experienced, skilled team. It produces large and extra-large cast steel products using a combined pouring process, with a single molten steel batch of 420 tons and castings weighing up to 300 tons. The products serve industries including cement, shipbuilding, forging, metallurgy, construction machinery, bridges, water conservancy, and power generation, providing a variety of high-quality carbon steel and alloy steel castings for the equipment manufacturing industry.
