CASTING EQUIPMENT
The company owns one 30-ton and one 80-ton electric arc furnace, equipped with a 120-ton dual-station LF refining furnace, meeting the smelting needs of high-quality castings. The casting production line includes a 20T/h resin sand molding line and a 10m×10m load-bearing 300-ton rotary table shot blasting machine, ensuring efficient and clean surface treatment of castings. In addition, there are four CNC high-temperature heat treatment furnaces (12m×7m×5m, 8m×4m×3.5m, 8m×4m×3.3m, 13m×8m×5m), and an electric arc furnace dust removal device with a filtering area of 30,000 square meters, ensuring the precision of casting heat treatment processes and environmental protection in production.
