The raw casting for this product weighs approximately 145 tons. From the moment we received the blueprints to the present day, when it has been shipped, it has been like a carefully nurtured “child” for every department involved. Upon receiving the drawings, the Technical Department designed the manufacturing process; next came mold fabrication and inspection; the Production Department organized molding, steelmaking, and pouring; then the rough castings were removed from the pit, cleaned of sand, sorted, heat‑treated, and machined—culminating in final acceptance by the Quality Department. Throughout the entire process, only those directly involved truly understand how this prized piece came to be.
With a strong sense of responsibility to our clients, we rigorously adhered to their specifications in conducting the acceptance inspection. Today, it is finally heading to its designated destination, bringing this project to a perfect close.
