The product undergoes normalizing followed by tempering, effectively refining the grain structure, relieving internal stresses, and significantly enhancing the material’s strength, toughness, and dimensional stability. The quality management system strictly adheres to international standards and is subjected to magnetic particle inspection ( MT ), ASTM E709 Standards, with quality meeting the requirements in key areas 1 Level requirements; and subjected to ultrasonic testing ( UT ), ASTM A609 Standard, with quality in the main area reaching 3 Level‑required standards are rigorously met, ensuring zero defects throughout the product—from surface to core. As a critical structural component, this end cover provides essential assurance for the equipment’s long‑term safe and stable operation.
