Requirements for the Use of Protective Equipment

1. Enter the production area; wear labor protection equipment correctly.

2. During operation, wear labor protection equipment correctly according to the job procedures. 3. Maintenance and use of walkie-talkies.

Preparation Requirements Before Operation

Before operation, check the tools and equipment used in production labor to ensure they are intact and can be used normally. Follow the operating rules and regulations and strictly demand of yourself.

Safety Requirements During Operation

1. Check and confirm whether all tools and lifting gear of the slag pot meet safety production conditions. 2. Keep the site clean at all times, with no water accumulation. 3. Lubricate and oil the crane hook head to reduce wear. 4. Supervise the damp slag inside the slag pot.

5. Check the moving parts of the wheel axle of the overhead crane. 6. Track the operation status of the slag pot.

7. When directing the crane, use clear language and explicit hand signals; strictly prohibit crooked pulling and slant lifting.

Work Requirements After Operation

Immediately clean the site after operation, arrange the used tools and equipment neatly for convenient next use, arrange the slag pot neatly, eliminate unsafe factors on site, and create good working conditions for the next work.

Emergency Handling Requirements

During the use of the slag pot, promptly observe whether there are cracks in the slag pot, whether the slag pot ear shaft is detached or welded improperly, and whether the gantry hook is unsafe. If found, handle it promptly; if unable to handle, report immediately.
