This product is a large-scale A-frame manufactured from ZG20Mn cast steel, with the largest tonnage currently reaching 98.6 tons. The castings undergo normalizing + tempering heat treatment, effectively improving material microstructure uniformity while enhancing dimensional stability and deformation resistance. Throughout manufacturing and subsequent processes, scientific control of support and placement effectively prevents structural deformation. Product quality is verified through ultrasonic testing (UT) meeting Grade 3 requirements, with pin holes achieving Grade 2 standards. Surface magnetic particle testing (MT) complies with Grade 2 specifications, ensuring reliable internal and surface integrity. This A-frame is extensively used in large marine propulsion systems as a critical load-bearing component, providing stable support for the power system.
