This product is a free-forging equipment support frame manufactured from ZG270-500 cast steel, with a single-piece weight of 35.5 tons (customization available). It offers excellent load-bearing capacity and structural stability. Undergoing normalizing and tempering heat treatment significantly refines the grain structure and reduces internal stresses. The quality inspection system adheres to the JB/T5000.14-2007 standard, implementing ultrasonic testing (UT) and magnetic particle testing (MT). UT testing achieves a Grade 2 acceptance level, while MT quality reaches Grade 3, ensuring flawless internal and surface quality. As a critical support and connection component, this bracket ensures long-term operational reliability under extreme high-load conditions.
