This product is the core component of heavy-duty articulated systems—the pivot bearing seat—manufactured from ZG35CrMo material, currently available in the top tonnage of 45 tons. The product undergoes normalizing and tempering heat treatment, significantly refining grain structure and eliminating internal stresses. This ensures uniform and stable microstructure, delivering outstanding strength, toughness, wear resistance, and load-bearing capacity for excellent overall performance. The quality inspection system is exceptionally stringent. Critical areas undergo ultrasonic testing (UT) per GB/T 7233 standards: Grade 2 for bore regions and Grade 3 for the base plane and both ends of the bore. Simultaneously, magnetic particle testing (MT) is performed according to GB/T 9444 standards, achieving an overall Grade 3 rating. This pivot bearing has been successfully applied in the Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station project, serving as a core component that ensures flexible structural rotation, accurate force transmission, and long-term reliability.

The Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station is an upstream control reservoir project in the cascade development of the Dadu River basin and one of the key projects in the cascade power station development of the Dadu River basin. The feasibility study recommends a normal reservoir water level of 2500 m, a dead water level of 2330 m, and a maximum dam height of 312 m. The reservoir capacity below the normal water level is 3.115 billion cubic meters, with a regulation capacity of 2.152 billion cubic meters. As an annual regulation reservoir, it can increase the dry-season electricity generation of downstream cascade power stations by 6.6 billion kWh and increase the guaranteed output by 1.758 million kW. The power station has an installed capacity of 2,000 MW and an annual electricity generation of 8.341 billion kWh.
