Humen Bridge
This saddle is used for the Humen Bridge, a cross-sea bridge in Guangdong Province connecting Nansha District of Guangzhou City with Humen Town of Dongguan City. Spanning the Lion's Bay of the Pearl River, the bridge has a total length of 15.76 kilometers, with the main span measuring 4.6 kilometers. The roadway features a six-lane expressway with a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour.
The saddle is manufactured from premium ZC270-480H cast steel, with the largest tonnage currently reaching 180 tons. The product undergoes a rigorous heat treatment process of annealing + normalizing + tempering, effectively optimizing the internal metallographic structure to ensure overall structural stability and mechanical properties. Quality is strictly enforced through multiple non-destructive testing methods: Ultrasonic Testing (UT) meets Grade 3 standards per GB/T7233.1-2023, Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) achieves Grade 2 requirements per GB/T9444-2019, and Internal Penetrant Testing (PT) satisfies Grade 1 levels per GB/T9443-2019. These ensure reliable internal and surface quality, enabling long-term stable operation under high-load conditions.
