Korean 15 m³ metallurgical ladle, made of SC410 steel, with a contract weight of 36.76 t (including trunnions), a large-scale metallurgical cast steel component undergoing normalizing and tempering heat treatment. Produced via special sand‑mold casting, employing a hot‑top riser and internal chills process, achieving a maximum thermal insulation thickness of 400 mm. Complete test reports are provided for chemical composition, mechanical properties, magnetic particle inspection (MT), and ultrasonic testing (UT). This item is part of the POSCO project in Pohang, South Korea, intended for the containment and transfer of high‑temperature molten slag.
