The casting undergoes normalizing and tempering heat treatment to refine grain structure and eliminate casting stresses, delivering exceptional strength, toughness, and impact resistance while significantly enhancing microstructural uniformity and dimensional stability. During inspection, magnetic particle testing (MT) is performed on stress concentration zones (e.g., fillet radii) to rigorously control surface and near-surface quality, ensuring compliance with marine standards.
