Product Details
This product is a large-scale wheel rim casting manufactured from ZG45 high-strength cast steel. Currently, it has achieved a maximum capacity of 98 tons with external dimensions reaching 6100×5300×1000mm. Equipped with a direct-reading spectrometer, it ensures controllable material composition and delivers outstanding load-bearing capacity, deformation resistance, and wear resistance. Through normalizing (using air cooling) and tempering treatments, the grain structure is effectively refined, significantly enhancing the overall mechanical properties of the wheel rim. Product quality is strictly controlled throughout the entire process from raw materials to finished products. Magnetic particle testing (MT) and ultrasonic testing (UT) results both meet Grade 2 standards, ensuring uniform and stable quality both internally and externally.
