Product Details
This product is a large-scale grinding disc casting, crafted from ZG35 cast steel material. Currently, we have produced castings weighing up to 75 tons, with products available in a variety of tonnages ranging from 18 to 150 tons. The components undergo normalizing and tempering treatments, effectively relieving internal casting stresses and homogenizing the microstructure, resulting in excellent strength, toughness, and wear resistance. This process also enhances dimensional stability and improves machinability. The product quality strictly adheres to the JB/T 5000.14-1998 standard and has passed magnetic particle testing (MT), achieving a quality grade meeting the stringent Level 3 requirements—ensuring flawless surfaces and near-surface integrity.
