This high-type slag ladle, designed for global steel enterprises, weighs up to 92 tons with dimensions of 6600×5540×3800. Its service life reaches 2–3 times the industry standard, offering outstanding cost-effectiveness. Constructed from premium low-alloy materials and treated through normalizing and tempering processes, it delivers excellent mechanical properties and durability.
Manufacturing quality strictly adheres to DIN 1683 dimensional tolerances and DIN 2768 machining tolerances. Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) are performed according to DIN EN 12680 and DIN EN 1369 standards. Internal UT testing achieves Grade 2 acceptance levels, while surface MT testing strictly controls linear defects to LM2 grade. This non-destructive testing system ensures consistent reliability and extended service life throughout the product's internal and external structure.
