This end cap is manufactured from GS20Mn5 cast steel, offering excellent weldability, with the largest tonnage currently reaching 97 tons. The product undergoes normalizing plus tempering treatment, effectively refining the grain structure, reducing internal stresses, and significantly enhancing the material's strength, toughness, and dimensional stability. The quality system strictly adheres to standards. Magnetic particle testing (MT) per ASTM E709 achieves Grade 1 quality in critical areas, while ultrasonic testing (UT) per ASTM A609 meets Grade 3 quality in main body areas, ensuring zero defects from surface to core.
