This product is a high-performance hollow shaft casting manufactured from ZG270-500 material, with a maximum tonnage of 67 tons achieved to date. The product undergoes normalizing and tempering treatment to effectively refine grain structure, significantly enhancing material strength, toughness, and dimensional stability. This ensures reliable service performance under long-term high-load operating conditions. The product quality control system adheres to enterprise standard Q/NHII 8004-2015, implementing ultrasonic testing (UT) to achieve Grade 2 quality. Simultaneously, magnetic particle testing (MT) is conducted per the same standard requirements to ensure controlled surface and near-surface quality with zero defects.
