This is a high-capacity slag pot designed specifically for steel companies worldwide, weighing up to 92 tons and measuring 6,600 × 5,540 × 3,800 mm in dimensions. It boasts a service life that can be 2–3 times longer than industry standards, offering exceptional value for money. The product is crafted from premium low-alloy materials and undergoes a rigorous heat treatment process—normalizing followed by tempering—to deliver outstanding mechanical performance and durability.
Manufacturing quality strictly adheres to DIN 1683 dimensional tolerances and DIN 2768 machining tolerances, and ultrasonic testing (UT) and magnetic particle testing (MT) are conducted in accordance with DIN EN 12680 and DIN EN 1369 standards. Internal UT inspections meet the Level 2 acceptance criteria, while surface MT inspections rigorously control linear defects down to LM2 grade. This non-destructive testing approach ensures consistent reliability—both internally and externally—and guarantees an exceptionally long product lifespan.
