This product is a large upper mold base, cast from ZG42CrMo material, with a single-piece weight of 59.4 tons (customization available). It features a robust structure and outstanding load-bearing capacity. The product undergoes annealing and quenching heat treatment, which eliminates internal stresses while significantly enhancing comprehensive mechanical properties, achieving a combination of high strength and high toughness. Quality inspection follows GB/T7233.1-2023 standards for ultrasonic testing (UT) and GB/T9444-2019 standards for magnetic particle testing (MT), achieving MT Grade 2. This ensures internal and surface quality control, eliminating defect risks.
