Recently, a delegation of German clients visited our company’s production base to conduct on-site acceptance inspections of custom‑made metallurgical slag‑tank castings. The client team conducted a thorough inspection of the casting workshop and the heat‑treatment area, observing the entire production process of the slag‑tank castings firsthand.
On-site, our technical, quality‑control, and sales teams worked alongside the customer to meticulously verify product drawings, material certificates, heat‑treatment records, and nondestructive testing reports, with particular attention to critical aspects such as casting surface quality, dimensional accuracy, weld‑repair documentation, and UT ultrasonic inspection results. The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on technical details, including the mechanical properties of ZG‑series cast steel, flaw‑detection acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones. The customer expressed full recognition of the ladle’s forming quality, internal defect control, and the comprehensive quality‑traceability system.
This on-site inspection is a critical component of fulfilling the overseas project and has further strengthened mutual trust between the two parties.
