The product undergoes normalizing and tempering treatment, effectively refining the grain structure and improving microstructural uniformity. It exhibits excellent load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, and impact resistance, significantly enhancing overall performance and dimensional stability. The product quality inspection system employs magnetic particle testing (MT) in accordance with standards, meeting Grade 2 requirements per GB/T 7233.1-2009. Ultrasonic testing (UT) also achieves Grade 2 quality levels under GB/T 9444-2007, ensuring defect-free surfaces, near-surface areas, and internal structures.
