The product undergoes normalizing and tempering treatment to effectively refine grain structure, significantly enhancing material strength, toughness, and dimensional stability. This ensures reliable service performance under long-term high-load operating conditions. The product quality control system adheres to enterprise standard Q/NHII 8004-2015, implementing ultrasonic testing (UT) to achieve Grade 2 quality. Simultaneously, magnetic particle testing (MT) is conducted per the same standard requirements to ensure controlled surface and near-surface quality with zero defects. As a critical power transmission and support component, it provides core assurance for stable, long-term operation of equipment under demanding conditions.
